NEW! MINELAB EXPLORER SE

The 3rd generation Explorer surpasses anything you've seen for depth, sensitivity and superior discrimination!

The Full Band Spectrum (FBS) circuit automatically transmits multiple frequencies simultaneously. The increased frequency range means that the signal received from the detector coil is analyzed from a wide range of responses. This allows the Explorer SE to analyse more target information so that the Target Identification (ID) is more accurate.

Ground balancing is automatic with Minelab's advanced digital filtering. Whatever field conditions you encounter, from dry clay to wet black sand or rich loam, Minelab will find what you're looking for.

Minelab's unique FBS technology means deep, sensitive, accurate detecting.

The Legendary Explorer II was recognized around the world as the deepest, most powerful Coin, Jewelry Relic and Treasure Detector on the market today!

Now Minelab has made the Explorer even better! Machines are in stock and ready to go and if you buy before December 31st you will get an Extended Warranty, Carry Bag, Tool Pouch, and FREE SHIPPING!

I have been using this detector myself and first trip out I took the Explorer SE out to an old homestead that I had hunted before with other detectors making some nice finds. I knew there would be more targets possible, but I had no idea how many good targets my SE would sniff out of this already worked spot.

Within the first few swings I found a very deep Wheat Penny and it wasn't long before I found a Buffalo Nickel along with some of the typical trash items one finds while digging ring signals. The discrimination is very reliable and locks well in digital, but I like the cursor screen for all around hunting. I was working my way around an old palm tree and got an interesting signal that turned out to be an Arizona Tax Token which thrilled me. Then by an old tree I got an unmistakable silver signal and at 5 or 6 inches deep I found a 1912 Barber Dime!

What a find for this hunted area and how it was missed who knows, but it sure made my day and I have made several other nice finds since with this great new machine. Gotta give Minelab credit as they sure made an already great detector even better! Have a look at the added features and by clicking a link below you can have a look at the manual which explains in more detail how the SE is different from the EX2. As always feel free to call me with any questions you may have regarding any of Minelab's fine Metal Detectors.
